How to turn e71 flash light into a torch?

    i tried installing this software but I also get the same error... "expired certificate" have change the date setting already but still get the same error...

    hope you can help me get this software running as we are experiencing blackout in our country the Philippines due to typhoons...many thanks

  4. finally got it to work. change the date to an earlier year, then go to menu > applications > app. manager > software installation ALL, online certificate check OFF

    it worked in my nokia e71 but i want it brighter like when you take photo with nokia e71.
    is there any other?\
    you have to change date to 2006/11/12 after installing you can change date for example i chaned it fo 2009/11/12 and it still can work

  6. Gives extremely low light from the LED - almost pointless for a torch. Found 'fun torch' to be a better software with a white background.

  9. This s/w does not glow the LED to its full brightness, I mean when u click a photo the led glow is more brighter, also e63 torch is much more brighter than what this s/w does. The light is too low using this s/w. I want some s/w which will light the led as bright as e63 :(

    Thank you very much! It works with my E71!! You just have to put this data 01/01/2006 before install it.

    Before this i have tried other shitty fucking programs like PhoneTorch and BrightLight: noone works with E71!

    Turn Certificate off.
    Set your date to 01/01/2006.

    Should work.

  16. I just got an E71 and it is a petty that there is not a proper application to use the phone flash light as a torch. As others said SpotOn gives a very pale light, almost unusable...

    Grr..... :(
